Our Services

  • Technology Policy Consulting

As an early leader in large scale crypto currency policy development, we have first hand insider knowledge on trajectory of the crypto industry, and where crypto solutions might benefit your organization.

We help firms who have recently established, or are looking to establish their crypto program, achieve operational efficiency. This is done through the lens of organizational development, human development, vendor research, and KPI creation.

  • DEI & International Cultural Competency Training

Our firm was founded on the principles of human interconnectivity, and we carry that through to this day. We provide a full gambit of cultural competency training from US centric diversity and inclusion training, to etiquette training for different regions, to frank yet confidential talks that will help illuminate areas of misunderstanding for certain parts of the world. Our goal is to diminish our clients’ cultural faux pas as much as possible, and we believe no question is off limits.

  • Fintech Risk and Compliance

We help fintech firms create or improve their Compliance departments and its operational procedures. We do this through looking at their BSA/AML program, KYC/Due Diligence program, IDV program, and Continuing Education Program.

  • Organizational Development and KPI Creation

We help firms in the public, private, and non-profit sector improve their day to day business and human operations. We believe business should operate transparently, but know that sometimes things get muddy along the way. We provide direct fixes to get things back on track.

  • American Cultural Experts (including African/Black American Culture)

Operium was founded after a very extended holiday that included 40 countries and territories across five continents. One larger take away was how ubiquitous American culture is on Earth, yet how much of it isn’t interpreted holistically. We pride ourselves on being an informed body to help alleviate any misunderstandings that might be lost in translation. The US is a large and interesting market, and sometimes it takes a bit of help to understand.
