Patrick Easley, Founder and Principal. Patrick is a fintech expert with a wealth of experience working at the intersection of finance, technology, and intercultural inclusion. Having worked and studied for various firms in the United States, Europe, and Asia, Patrick brings a global perspective to operations and organizational development.

He was the first Bitcoin Compliance DRI for Block (previously Square Inc.) where he developed industry leading operational procedures. Prior to that role, he helped build Cash App’s Compliance apparatus, and was involved in the interviewing, training, and/or management of dozens applicants and employees.

Prior to that, Patrick worked for the Mayor of Chicago’s Office of Global Outreach and Strategic Partners, and trade data firm, Panjiva, in their Shanghai office. Patrick has also served on executive boards of various non profits and local organizations.

Patrick is from Chicago, USA, and has spent much of his adult life traveling or living abroad, and has professional experience in both the EU and China.

He is currently based in Berlin, Germany, but keeps US business hours.
